Who can use this GoInsuran support?

It’s for anyone who purchased insurance plan(s) that was issued by any of our panel of 14 insurers via GoInsuran.com. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we’ll also assist to follow up on claims for policies that weren’t purchased with our panel of insurers or via GoInsuran.com.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit required documents via GoInsuran.com.
  2. Claim documents are channelled to the Claim Department.
  3. Representative from GoInsuran.com forwards to the respective insurer.
