What to do After Purchasing GoUBI Mile-3:
- Once purchase, you will receive an SMS with a link to a webpage.
- Scan the QR code or click the link to install the app.
- Click ‘Register’ and enter the following information to continue.
4. You will receive a 4-digit Security Code via SMS/Email. Enter that and click ‘Confirm’.
5. Fill up your delivery address to receive the Microtag.
6. Once your registration is successful, you should receive your login ID and password via SMS and email.
Here’s What to Do When Your Policy Starts:
- You will receive an app notification to update your car’s latest odometer reading into the app. Please do so within 3 days. The Mileage plan will start from the updated odometer reading.
- For every trip, the Microtag connects automatically to the app via Bluetooth. There will be an app notification and a beeping sound every time it connects.
- As the policyholder, you can add other drivers who drive your car to ensure that the mileage is correctly recorded across multiple drivers.
- You will receive an app notification to purchase a Top Up if your mileage plan is nearly used up. Remember to update the odometer reading in the app after each Top Up.
